An hour in your balance is an hour of a meeting, whether it has 2 or 3 languages.
Counted by the second, only while translation is running.
4 or 5 languages at the same time: Director, Boss, or the unlock under "Get more".
No expiry date
No expiry date: paid hours stay in your balance for as long as Getix Translate exists. If we ever close the service, or close an account that has not been used for 5 years, we give notice first and refund the unused hours you paid for.

Questions
How are hours counted?
An hour of a meeting uses an hour of your plan, however many languages you translate into. Time is counted by the second, only while translation is running. Plan hours renew every month and unused hours don't roll over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Manage billing and cancel in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. On a yearly plan, cancelling turns off the next renewal.
What does beta mean for AI voice-over?
AI voice-over is in beta: at busy times it can start late, skip phrases or pause, while subtitles keep running. Minutes are deducted only for audio actually played.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice. Choose Business at checkout to buy for your company. The price you see is the price you pay: where no VAT applies, the price stays the same.
How can I pay?
By card on a secure payment page. Depending on your device, Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be offered. We can't take payments from the United Kingdom yet, or from Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria.
What if I change my mind?
You can withdraw within 14 days. If you already used the service, you pay only for what you used. How withdrawal works
